Arnold --
The Dallas Morning News just revealed that Perry skirted rules and ignored experts in order to give $4.5 million in taxpayer funds to one of his close personal friends and campaign donors.
State offices and economic incentives should not be used as part of a political machine to help out the governor's friends and campaign contributors.
This evening, we'll start running a new ad to make sure Texans know that Rick Perry has put state government up for sale.
Watch our new ad and make a contribution so we can tell more Texans about Rick Perry's growing corruption scandal.

Rick Perry's friends are getting special treatment and taxpayer-funded handouts while a record one million Texans can't find work, college tuition rates skyrocket and high school dropout rates climb.
We need the appropriate authorities to investigate if tax dollars were used to subsidize private companies tied to Perry campaign donors on a quid pro quo basis.
Ultimately the best way to end Rick Perry's corruption is for Texas taxpayers to elect a new governor.
So please make a contribution and help us keep up the pressure.
Thank you for your support.
Respectfully,
Bill White
